  2. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within a maximum of 15 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  3. Warranty: Most of our products come with a warranty provided by the supplier. If your product is defective or malfunctions, please refer to the supplier’s warranty terms for further assistance. Our refund policy does not affect any manufacturer’s warranties that come with the product.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing them with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including where and how to send the product back.
  3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Exceptions:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. If the product is returned in a condition that is not resalable, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing:

Upon approval of the return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
